Paterson 藥劑混合器

The swirling action it creates blends my developer and fixer far more evenly than hand-stirring ever did, which shows in the consistent negatives I get now. It’s quiet enough that I don’t mind leaving it running while I set up the next tank.

I’ve been using this in my darkroom for a week now, and the thorough mixing action has noticeably improved the consistency of my developer. The motor runs smoothly without overheating, even during longer agitation cycles.

Finally, no more streaky negatives from uneven chemical mixing. The stirrer gets the solution uniform in about a minute, and my rolls come out with a consistent density every time. Exactly what I needed for repeatable results.
