Manfrotto 143 Magic Arm Kit

The locking lever on this arm is rock solid, no slippage once you tighten it down. I use it with a heavy flash and it holds its position perfectly without any sag. Far better than my old articulated arm.

As a wedding photographer I've thrown this arm in my bag every day for two months and the locking lever still holds a flash exactly where I set it, no sagging even with a heavy modifier hanging off the super clamp. The aluminium build feels solid enough to trust on a light stand without babying it.

This clamp arm really locks down tight without any droop, which is exactly what I needed for positioning a small LED light. The locking lever is quick to adjust and feels reassuringly sturdy once tightened. It’s definitely a step up in reliability from the cheaper arms I’ve tried before.
