Soft Light, Big Coverage

Thanks to its wide diameter, the Rapid 120 delivers an incredibly soft, natural-looking light that wraps beautifully around subjects. It’s particularly well-suited to fashion and portrait work, where smooth gradients and flattering shadows are essential. The parabolic shape ensures even illumination with minimal hotspots or falloff.

Fast and Fuss-Free

Nanlite’s clever rapid-latch design means no more fiddling with rods or struggling with setup. Open or close the softbox in seconds, collapse it flat for transport, and get on with your shoot. It’s a go-to modifier for busy creatives who value speed and simplicity without compromising quality.

Customisable Output

Fine-tune your light with two included diffusion fabrics, letting you choose the level of softness that suits your scene. Need more control? The egg-crate grid narrows the beam and reduces unwanted spill—ideal for smaller studios or when lighting close to a background.

Universal Bowens Compatibility

The Bowens Mount makes the Rapid 120 incredibly versatile—perfect for Nanlite’s Forza, FS, and FC lights, and fully compatible with most other Bowens-equipped fixtures. That’s one modifier, endless lighting possibilities.
