Kodak UltraMax 400 36-Exposure 35mm Colour Negative 135 Film

Kodak UltraMax 400 is an ISO 400, high-speed colour negative film, perfect for a variety of situations including action, portraiture and flash photography. A more sensitive film than the Kodak Gold but with similar value-for-money, reliable colour and tone reproduction ensure this film is suitable for indoor shooting, or outdoors in most weather conditions.

Kodak UltraMax 400 offers a wide exposure latitude for greater versatility, as well as a fine grain structure. Optimised skin tone reproduction makes this film suitable for portraiture. It has a nominal sensitivity of ISO 400/27° and is well-suited to both scanning and enlarging applications.

Key Features:

  • 35mm camera colour negative film
  • ISO 400 high-speed film
  • Perfect for all situations
  • Fine grain and high sharpness

Ryan ★★★★★

The colors on this roll came out surprisingly vibrant even in my dimly lit living room. I've been getting consistent, warm-toned portraits that look like they're straight out of a retro magazine. It handles action shots well too without too much grain.

Thomas H. ★★★★★

I’ve been shooting with this 400-speed film for casual portraits and outdoor action shots, and the colors come out vibrant without being overly saturated. The 36 exposures give me plenty of frames to experiment with different lighting, and it handles mixed light better than I expected.

Chloe J. ★★★★★

The grain is really well-controlled for a 400-speed film, and the colors popped beautifully in overcast afternoon light. Worked great for freezing my kid's soccer action without a flash.
