Godox FV200 2-in-1 Daylight LED with Flash

The Godox FV200 is a 200W, daylight-balanced continuous LED light with built-in flash functionality. The flash mode amplifies the LED’s brightness by around four times (approximately 2 stops), providing extra light output and motion-freezing capability. This makes it ideal for photographers who mainly use continuous light but occasionally need an extra boost, as well as for videographers or cinematographers who sometimes wish to capture stills. With a Bowens S-Type mount, it’s compatible with a wide range of popular light modifiers.

Key Features:

  • Continuous LED light with flash capability
  • Compatible with Godx X System Triggers
  • Supports high-speed sync up to 1/8000s
  • High CRI rating of 96+
  • High TLCI rating of 95+
  • Simple user interface
  • 8 built-in lighting effects
  • Bowens S-Type mount

Flash and LED Video Light Combined

The FV200 features a 200W, 5600K daylight-balanced COB LED chip with flash functionality that quadruples its brightness. This addition also enables motion-freezing, making it a practical choice for capturing moving subjects.

Godox X System Compatible

Equipped with a 2.4GHz wireless receiver, the FV200 is compatible with Godox X System triggers, allowing flash control with cameras from Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Fuji, and Pentax.

Supports High-Speed Sync

The FV200 supports high-speed sync (HSS) up to 1/8000s, allowing you to eliminate excess ambient light, so only the FV200’s light shapes your shot.

Exceptional Colour Accuracy

With a high CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of ≥96 and TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) of ≥95, the FV200 reproduces colours with impressive accuracy, making it suitable for professional broadcast, filmmaking, and commercial cinematography.

Suitable for Any Frame Rate

The FV200’s COB LED chip is flicker-free, ensuring smooth shooting at any frame rate or shutter angle without unwanted flickering in your footage.

Easy-to-Use Interface

The FV200 includes a rear control panel with an LCD screen and a user-friendly control dial. Adjust brightness steplessly from 100% down to 0%.

8 Built-In Lighting Effects

With 8 pre-set lighting effects, the FV200 can simulate various scenarios like lightning storms, TV flashes, or broken bulbs, ideal for adding drama to your video work.

Bowens S-Type Mount

Designed with the versatile Bowens S-Type mount, the FV200 is compatible with a wide range of modifiers, such as softboxes, beauty dishes, and fresnel lenses, allowing you to shape and control the light as needed.

Customer Reviews (4.4 / 5 · 5 reviews)

Lily T. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a light that does both continuous and flash, but the built-in flash mode genuinely punches way above its 200W LED rating. Set it up for a product shoot and the daylight balance meant zero color grading fuss afterward.

Alexander ★★★★★

The continuous light is already solid for video, but having the flash kick in with extra punch for stills is a game-changer. I set it up for a product shoot and the color consistency between modes saved me hours of grading.

Eva I. ★★★★★

I was blown away by how much brighter the flash mode is compared to the continuous light—it easily fills in shadows for product shots. The build feels solid and the controls are intuitive, so I didn’t even need the manual.
