Elinchrom 26cm High Performance Reflector

I was worried the light would be too harsh for my portraits, but the crisp specular quality actually gives my shots a fantastic, defined edge. That dark grey finish is subtle enough to not cause any unwanted reflections in the studio.

The way this reflector concentrates the light is perfect for creating dramatic portrait shadows with real texture. I've been using it for product shots, and the crisp specular highlights it produces make the details pop beautifully.

That hard, crisp specular light it throws is exactly what I needed for product shots—the 26cm dish really concentrates the beam without any falloff surprises. Handles like a proper tool, and the dark grey finish doesn't glare back at me mid-session.
