The frosted glass really does its job—the light output is nicely diffused when I’m testing softboxes. Screwed straight into my Bowens mount, and it’s been running cool for a 250w, which is a pleasant surprise.

Finally got around to replacing the modelling bulb in my Interfit head, and this frosted version gives a noticeably softer, more even light for focusing. It fits perfectly and runs at 250w just like the original.
