The AC adapter totally saves me from swapping batteries mid-shoot — I just plug the flash into the wall and it runs consistently all day. The fact that it works with both my 600Pro and 800Pro heads is a bonus I didn’t expect.

I can finally leave my flash plugged in all day during studio sessions without constantly swapping batteries. The cord is just long enough to reach from the floor outlet, and the locking mechanism feels secure so I'm not worried about it pulling loose mid-shot.

I was worried about battery life during long studio sessions, but this adapter keeps the flash running indefinitely on mains power without any drop in performance. The cord length gives plenty of room to position the light stand wherever I need it.
